Nooner's C-store Chain Taps PDI as ERP Software Provider
SAN ANTONIO — Nooner Holdings LLC has selected PDI as its enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider.
The company plans to use PDI's financial, retail and workforce management software solutions to provide process automation, business insights, centralized operational control and reduced labor costs, and payroll processing time.
"With our previous system, we were overrun with manual entry, which, in addition to being error-prone, prevented us from making timely decisions," said Sean Nooner, president of Nooner Holdings. "PDI's software has automation capabilities built into every part, and that increases efficiency, facilitates timely, reliable reporting, and empowers us to run our business better."
Nooner Holdings began operations seven years ago when Nooner began building his personal brand of Nooner's convenience stores. He grew up in the industry with his father, Sammy Nooner, who owns the fuel distribution company Tarpley Inc.
"We are excited to welcome Nooner Holdings to the PDI customer family," said Drew Mize, vice president retail, North America for PDI. "In the coming months, we look forward to seeing their business thrive as our comprehensive software solution helps them save time by reducing manual processes, drive revenue with insightful business intelligence, and optimize their workforce without sacrificing store-level coverage and service."
Nooner is currently implementing PDI's ERP solution.
San Antonio-based Nooner Holdings operates 11 c-stores with several quick-service restaurant franchise locations.
