Parker’s Introduces User-Friendly Mobile App
SAVANNAH, Ga. — Parker's introduced a new mobile app for iPhone and Android users, offering real-time information about the convenience store retailer's daily deals, gas prices, store locations and more.
The app, designed by Zingon LLC, is designed to be user friendly for price-savvy customers who are on the go.
"Our customers told us they wanted an easy-to-use app that would enable them to access gas prices and Parker’s information at their convenience,” said Greg Parker, Parker’s president and CEO. “This new app represents our fast, fresh and friendly culture. It makes it easier than ever for Parker’s customers to see the best deals on gas prices and our specials on other products.”
When using the app, customers can select their favorite Parker's store and preferred grade of gasoline in order to display up-to-the-minute PumpPal loyalty program pricing on the home screen. The app also includes a map of all Parker's gas prices at its 37 stores in Georgia and South Carolina.
“We want to make it easy to access our gas prices in real time,” said Jeff Bush, director of fuel management at Parker’s. “This technology marks the next step in customer service and information technology for convenience store customers. We look forward to adding functionality to the app in the future.”
As CSNews Online previously reported, Parker's launched a state-of-the-art website at Parkersav.com in February, also with ease-of-use for its customers as its No. 1 priority.
Savannah-based Parker's plans to open six new convenience store locations in the next eight months.
