Parker's Opens First Store With Drive-Thru Foodservice

CLAXTON, Ga. — Parker's opened its first convenience store with drive-thru foodservice and its 43rd location overall.

The store, located at 3 N. Duval St. on Highway 301 in Claxton, held an official ribbon-cutting Friday at 10 a.m. The event featured a Fueling the Community check presentation to benefit public and private schools in Claxton.

The chain's newest store features a hot deli that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with highlights such as a full breakfast bar with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese grits, breakfast casseroles and biscuits. The menu also offers Southern fried chicken fingers, homemade mac 'n' cheese, fresh vegetables, iced tea and daily specials. Sit-down dining is available on-site.

"We look forward to offering an exceptional experience for Claxton customers, particularly with our convenient new drive-thru option."

The Claxton store sells Parker's signature Chewy Ice, fountain drinks, freshly brewed tea and lemonade, gourmet coffee, locally grown fruit, salads, 28-degree beer, vape products, cell phone accessories and more.

The site has 12 fueling positions offering gasoline, diesel and non-ethanol fuel.

Savannah-based Parker's operates its 43 c-stores in Georgia and South Carolina.
