JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Travis Bouck joined Gilbarco Veeder-Root as vice president of marketing, North America. In this role, he will lead the Greensboro, N.C.-based marketing team in positioning and product strategy, business development and new product introduction.

Bouck is particularly dedicated to implementing consistent "Voice of the Customer" activities into the product development process, continuing Gilbarco's legacy of long-term partnership with its retailer and commercial customers.

Prior to joining Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Bouck held various leadership positions with the Boston Consulting Group, Honeywell International and, most recently, UTC Fire & Security.

Tim Larson joined Boyds Coffee as COO, bringing more than 25 years of experience in procurement and business leadership. Previously, Larson was chief procurement officer at Michael Foods Inc.

He is an adjunct professor and member of the Supply Chain Advisory Board at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and his certifications include Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified in Production and Inventory Management, and Certified Packaging Professional.

Mike's Hard Lemonade Co.
Kevin Kotecki, former president and CEO of Pabst Brewing Co., has taken over as president of Mike's Hard Lemonade Co. He succeeds Philip O'Neil, who is leaving the business to pursue new opportunities closer to home in southern California.

Once the transition of leadership responsibilities is complete, O'Neil will continue to serve in an advisory capacity to founder and chairman Anthony von Mandl to focus on long-term vision and strategy for the company.

Orion Food Systems
Orion Food Systems, the international foodservice provider of brands such as Hot Stuff and Lettieri's, promoted Steve Watkins to company president. Watkins, who has been a significant member of the Orion management team for 25 years, will also continue to serve as Orion's CFO and director.

RedPrairie Corp.
Global supply chain and retail technology provider RedPrairie Corp. appointed Kyle Bowker to the position of executive vice president of Americas. In this role, Bowker will be responsible for RedPrairie's sales, services and field operations across the Americas region.

He will report directly to RedPrairie President Joe Juliano, and become a key member of the leadership team.

SymphonyIRI Group, Inc.
Andrew Appel joined SymphonyIRI Group Inc. as president and CEO. Appel, who is also now part of SymphonyIRI's board of directors, succeeds John G. Freeland, who has moved into a new interim role as executive vice chairman and will remain on the board of directors until his retirement later this year.
