PeopleClues, a division of PeopleMatter, launched a six-minute personality and attitude pre-hire assessment solution. Designed specifically for mobile devices, the product is the first of its kind and is scientifically created to offer a better candidate experience while maintaining a high quality of measurement, the company said. The personality assessment is based on the "Big 5" psychometric standard.
