Petrosoft Inc. launched DC-301, the next generation of DirectConnect. The DC-301 is a reliable, fast and secure way for retailers to connect and transfer encrypted data between front- and back-end retail systems, the company reported. It comes equipped with backup, internet (Ethernet), ATG, POS, EXT and serial ports to automatically collect sales data, pricebook changes and inventory data and transfer it securely to the back-office system.
