ARLINGTON, Texas — The Pinnacle Corp. launched a new client education portal.
Called the Pinnacle Learning Center, it provides Pinnacle clients with a single access point for all resources, including online help, documentation and software upgrades, according to the Arlington-based technology company. The portal also provides Pinnacle clients with access to all training resources, including a full listing of available courses and the ability to request a seat in a training course.
“While Pinnacle has always maintained an online area for clients to access product resources, we are excited to now provide them with this education portal where they can find resources to allow their employees to fully utilize all that Pinnacle’s products have to offer,” said Jim Walther, Pinnacle’s manager of training and documentation.
According to Pinnacle, the portal is also a hub for its clients to review course history, as well as gain access to course materials, training videos, quizzes and course evaluations.
“The new portal puts the educational materials and resources in the hands of clients to ensure they are able to take full advantage of all that Pinnacle has to offer,” the company said in a news release.
The Pinnacle Corp. delivers products that automate the broad spectrum of convenience store operations and supply chain management of fuel operations.
