PnP Loyalty’s new customer engagement platform is a joint solution with Epson’s OmniLink Merchant Services (OMS) platform. The joint solution leverages Epson’s OMS cloud, which provides features that help clients understand their guests’ behaviors and set up rules to automate communications and offers to drive incremental sales. The PnP Loyalty and Epson OmniLink solution also allows for plug-and-play integration with most point-of-sale systems for capturing data that can be used to develop loyalty and customer engagement programs.
