QuickChek's New Mobile App Offers Fresh Way to Reward Customers


WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. — QuickChek Corp. partnered with OpenStore by GasBuddy to launch a new mobile app and website to enhance customer experience and loyalty. The digital marketing solution lets the convenience store chain offer digital coupons and campaigns delivered directly to customers' mobile phones.

"Thanks to the efforts of the OpenStore and QuickChek teams, we were able to create a fresh new way to reward our most loyal customers with high-valued coupons and offers," said QuickChek Digital Marketing Manager Eric Rush. "We have also opened the door to a new stream of interaction through our feedback feature. The response has been so overwhelming we have had to change our process for responding to our customers."

The OpenStore dashboard allows c-store operators to deliver mobile coupons and text message campaigns, manage social media and collect customer feedback from a single location.

With the help of OpenStore's campaign services, QuickChek created a complete marketing plan and training program for its employees.

Customers who use the app are receiving well-targeted deals and promotions, according to OpenStore.
