QuikTrip Adds Carryout Option to Its Pizza Offer
TULSA, Okla. — QuikTrip Corp. now offers a Carryout X-Large Pizza option at all locations that have a full-service kitchen, as of Dec. 5, reported KCCI Des Moines. The pizza comes in a special box with perforations that allow customers to create four separate pizza plates and then fold them to create storage for leftovers.
The new pizza option is fresh, made-to-order and uses the same ingredients as the pizza QuikTrip sells by the slice. The extra-large pie comes cut into 12 large slices.
Customers can choose from breakfast pizza (sold all day), pepperoni, supreme or their own combination.
"We've taken everything our customers love about the by-the-slice pizza — from the perfect crust to fresh, quality ingredients — and made it an ideal size for sharing," stated Amy Phillips, corporate sales manager for QuikTrip.
QuikTrip operates more than 700 convenience stores in 11 states.
