QuikTrip Credit Card Debuts, Offering Savings & Rewards
TULSA, Okla. — QuikTrip Corp. is partnering with First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha and issuer of credit cards, to launch a new QuikTrip private-label credit card program. The QuikTrip credit card can be used at any QuikTrip store in the United States to purchase food, fuel and other qualified purchases.
Cardholders will receive rewards points and fuel discounts. All fuel purchases made with the QuikTrip credit card will receive a three-cents-per-gallon discount. Additionally, during the first two billing cycles, cardholders will receive a statement credit for a 22-cent discount on their fuel purchases up to a 200 gallon limit. Cardholders will also earn 100 bonus points upon approval and one point for each dollar spent on qualified QuikTrip in-store purchases. For every 200 points consumers accumulate, they will earn a $10 QuikTrip gift card. Bonus savings and other promotional offers are planned throughout the year.
QuikTrip first announced the plan to debut a private label card through a partnership with First National Bank of Omaha and Atlanta-based First Data Corp. in late March, as CSNews Online previously reported.
"QuikTrip is always looking for ways to simplify and improve our customer experience," stated Chuck Barton, vice president of marketing for QuikTrip. "This new card will provide an extra level of value to our customers who rely on us for food and fuel. In addition to our everyday competitive pricing, our new QuikTrip card rewards our loyal customers with added savings throughout the year."
