QuikTrip Expands ATM Service
TULSA, Okla. -- QuikTrip Inc., one of the nation's largest gasoline and convenience store operators, announced that it's expanding its existing ATM relationship with TransFund to its 40 locations in Texas' greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area beginning in November.
This expansion will provide QuikTrip clientele with ATM service from the 10th largest ATM network in the United States. In addition, it will provide customers with TransFund Totally Free, a unique program that provides free ATM service to clientele whose financial institution is a member of TransFund.
"QuikTrip is very excited about having TransFund Totally Free ATMs installed in our Texas stores," said Paula Cotten, QuikTrip vice president of finance/treasurer. "Waiving the surcharge on cash withdrawals for member cardholders is an important step in serving the needs of our clientele. Having those bank and credit union members reciprocate by waiving their foreign ATM fees creates an extremely valuable service for the end customer. This will compliment our tremendous growth in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area."
Scott Norvell, senior vice president for TransFund, said the ATM provider has benefited from more than two decades of excellent partnership with QuikTrip. TransFund is already located in all QuikTrip locations throughout Oklahoma.
"QuikTrip is one of the best run companies in the United States," Norvell said. "We are very excited to expand our relationship with this excellent partner, which we have enjoyed being associated with for more than 20 years."
ATMs will be deployed at all QuikTrip locations in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area under the TransFund Totally Free and/or TransFund NC brands.
QuikTrip, a privately-held corporation based in Tulsa, Okla. owns and operates 472 retail outlets in nine states. Forbes magazine lists QuikTrip as the 32nd largest privately-held corporation and Fortune magazine listed it as the 21st best companies to work for.
