Radiant Partners with Repsol
Repsol YPF S.A., one of the 10 largest integrated oil companies in the world, selected Radiant Systems Inc. to provide retail technology for its approximately 800 company-owned and franchised sites in Spain and Portugal.
"Our investment with Radiant Systems will help us achieve our goals to improve service and attention to our customers in Spain, while strengthening our position as a diversified retailer," said Miguel Martinez, director of the service station network for Repsol YPF. "We selected Radiant because they combine innovative technology with a deep understanding of petroleum and convenience retailing."
Radiant will implement its Lighthouse Point of Sale solution and Wave Enterprise Management Systems and provide consulting services to ensure successful deployment of the new technology and business processes. Lighthouse and Wave are designed to help retailers meet the demands of high-volume, customer service environments.
"Our goal with this project is to help drive bottom-line results for Repsol," said Mark Schoen, Radiant?s managing director of the international business unit. "We believe this will enable Repsol YPF to increase operating efficiency in all retail sites, while integrating our systems with their existing ERP investments."
