Red Bull to Increase Prices Across Portfolio

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Red Bull North America announced plans to increase prices on all Red Bull Energy Drink packages to its distributor partners, which will lead to new retail prices for customers.

The new pricing structure will amount to a 5-percent increase, on average, which goes into effect Jan. 1.

All channels, accounts and distributors will receive the same increases by package, the company said.

The price changes, which follow 17 years of relatively constant prices despite rising costs associated with raw materials, production, transportation and other factors, are being made in order to continue investing in the brand's development, according to Red Bull.
