Reformulated Full Throttle Energy Drink

Coca-Cola stirred up a newly reformulated Full Throttle Energy Drink that also features new packaging. While the taste of the drink remains the same, the energy blend features 100 percent of the daily recommended value of niacin (vitamin B3), 100 milligrams of D-ribose and 100 milligrams of caffeine per 8-fluid-ounce serving, according to the company. Flavors include Citrus, Blue Agave, Red Berry, Mocha and Caramel. The new packaging features Full Throttle's new "No Choke Mixture" promise -- "full flavor you don't have to force down, and reliable energy ingredients that help you get the job done. No mystery ingredients. No bull" -- along with classic car-design elements, according to the company. The new formulation is available in 16-ounce cans with a suggested retail price of $1.99.
