Rhodes 101 Stops Now Accepting Mobile Payment
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Rhodes 101 Stops Convenience Stores launched a mobile payment program whereby customers can pay for fuel purchases via their smartphones.
The mobile payment program works in coordination with Rhodes 101 Stops' Advantages Pay Plus loyalty program, with funds being directly debited from a consumer's checking account.
"In an effort to reward our loyal customers, we hope they will be pleased to see the price rollback at the fuel dispenser," Keith Boeller, president of Rhodes 101 parent company PAJCO Inc., told the Farmington Press. "With this launch, we are continuing our commitment to always provide the most innovative and exceptional customer experience."
To enroll in the mobile payment program, customers must fill out an online application, wait for approval and then download the corresponding Rhodes 101 To Go! mobile app. Once approved, customers need only scan a QR code at the pump to begin fueling.
The Advantages Pay Plus program offers fuel discounts, a store locator and a list of services available at each store.
Cape Girardeau-based Rhodes 101 Stops operates 25 convenience stores and one travel center, all located in Missouri.
