Ricker's Takes to the Streets With ¡AhhBurritos! Food Truck

INDIANAPOLIS -- Ricker's Convenience Stores is hitting the road this month in its new ¡AhhBurritos! food truck.

The ¡AhhBurritos! food truck will serve Ricker's Mexican breakfast and lunch offerings at various street locations throughout central Indiana, including at Anderson and Indianapolis Ricker's c-stores, according to the company.

"We saw the relevance of mobile food for on-the-go customers in our communities, but we didn't want it to be like fast food," said Ricker's President and CEO Quinn Ricker. "We developed a fresh, gourmet menu that is truly a great value."

Ricker's customizable menu items will include burritos, quesadillas, nachos with multiple toppings, and salads. The menu will also feature a dessert option -- Tres Leches Cupcakes.

Ricker's Manager and Chef Brad Pyle will also be serving up four varieties of his homemade salsas: Classic Tomato, Black Bean & Corn, ¡AhhBurritos! Verde, and Red Hot Jalapeño.

"I'm thrilled to hit the streets with ¡AhhBurritos! and introduce this new food truck, and I'm especially excited to debut the homemade salsa options,” Pyle said. “They’re truly one of a kind.”

The ¡AhhBurritos! truck will entertain customers by playing music through the truck's built-in speakers. The truck also features a mobile RickerPop fountain beverage station. Ricker's operates 50 convenience stores throughout central Indiana.
