Royal Buying Group Launches C-store Training Division

LISLE, Ill. -- Royal Buying Group Inc. (RBG), based here, launched a new division called C-store Training Services, which seeks to be the premier training company for the convenience store industry, the company stated.

"C-store Training Services will provide the highest level of educational products with select industry experts providing the complete retail instruction and business coaching to the convenience retailing channel," Michael Zielinski, president and CEO of RBG, said in a statement. "We have aligned with the best companies and will be able to offer the most educational products for the industry, provided by a network of industry veterans."

Course categories available include business planning, foodservice, site operations/operational efficiencies, loss prevention/inventory management, multi-store operations and more. More information about the C-store Training Services division is available at www.c-storetraining.com.

Robert Razowsky, RBG executive director added: "One of the biggest challenges of operating stores today is the constant transition of staff. Having a one-stop shop for training services will not only allow retailers to have a quicker method of orientating new employees, but other motivational classes available to help create long term, quality employees."

C-store Training Services will present "Operational Efficiencies -- Consistency in Operation" at the Independent C-Store Expo, to be held March 18, 2010 at the Burr Ridge Marriott, Burr Ridge, Ill.
