Sinclair Oil to Accept Pacific Pride Card at Branded Stations
SALEM, Or. -- Sinclair Oil Corp.’s more than 2,000 Sinclair branded fuel locations will accept the Pacific Pride Network Super Plus card. The new sites will be coming online over the next eight to 12 weeks, according to Pacific Pride Services LLC, a subsidiary of Wright Express Corp.
This agreement will bring the number of sites that accept the Pacific Pride card to more than 5,000. Pacific Pride Services is the franchisor of the Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling System, which has 326 franchisees operating more than 2,000 sites in the U.S.
“This alliance with Pacific Pride Services is a logical extension of our long-standing relationship with Wright Express. The Sinclair footprint provides needed coverage for Pacific Pride and new fleet sales opportunities for our distributor network,” Jack Barger, vice president of Sinclair Oil Corp., said in a statement.
Gregory D. Iverson, vice president operations and administration at Pacific Pride, added: “This cooperative arrangement with Sinclair Oil provides Pacific Pride Marketers a growing customer base with sites they need when traveling in the areas where Sinclair has a strong presence, and we are enthused to leverage the market presence Sinclair holds in key markets throughout the Rocky Mountains and Midwest.”
Wright Express is a global provider of payment processing and information management services. The company's charge cards are used by commercial and government fleets to purchase fuel and maintenance for approximately 4.6 million vehicles.
