Franke Coffee Systems has significantly improved the milk throughput of its Sinfonia 1-Step model espresso machine and increased the milk storage capacity with an under-counter refrigerator version. As a result, the Sinfonia 1-Step is one of the fastest and most customizable superautomatic espresso machines. The UL- and NSF-approved Franke Sinfonia 1-Step produces 20-ounce drinks 20 to 30 seconds faster than its former specification. Designed for self-serve, quick-service and minimal training capacity applications, Sinfonia 1-Step uses whole bean coffee and fresh milk. It generates tremendous profit per square inch; measures 20- to 28-inches wide (refrigerator choices dictate unit width) and can average 650 cups per day.
