Speedway Teams with Buehler's on Rewards Program
ENON, Ohio -- Speedway LLC is partnering with Buehler's Fresh Foods to offer customers of the grocer's Delaware, Ohio, location the option to spend their earned loyalty points on fuel or free groceries, beginning Sept. 1.
"We wanted to make it very easy for our customers that choose to use their Buehler's Rewards for fuel discounts," said Dan Shanahan, chief operating officer of the Wooster, Ohio-based grocer. "Our partnership with Speedway makes our customers happy because of Speedway's many convenient locations and their already very competitive fuel prices."
Customers can take advantage of the program by linking their Buehler's Advantage Card to their Speedy Rewards Card online. Customers then decide to spend their earned points on grocery discounts at Buehler's when they check out or on fuel discounts at any Speedway location. Grocery rewards may be redeemed in $10 increments and fuel rewards may be redeemed in 10-cent increments.
The Delaware Buehler's store will have associates on hand to assist customers in using computers at the store to link their cards through Sept. 29. "It has never been easier to choose how you want to spend your Buehler's Rewards; for fuel or for groceries. We give you a flexible choice each time you shop," said George Wisener, Buehler's Delaware store manager.
Speedway LLC is the retail division of Findlay, Ohio-based Marathon Petroleum Corp.
E&H Family group owns and operates Buehler's Fresh Foods stores located in Wooster, Orrville, Wadsworth, Medina, Brunswick, Ashland, New Philadelphia, Dover, Jackson Township, Delaware, Coshocton and -- in the fall of 2013 -- Portage Lakes (Green), Ohio.
