The Holly Ridge line contains pastries that can be baked or fried, and are available in a variety of filling, crust, size and shape options, according to the company. Flavors include calcium-added apple, cherry and peach. Hand Fulls sandwiches come in several flavor and dough selections, and can be baked, fried or microwaved. Top Picks also come in an assortment of flavor and dough options to satisfy breakfast-, pizza- or deli-based foodservice options.
