Swiss Farms Brews New Premium Coffee Program
BROOMALL, Pa. — Swiss Farms has launched Swiss Farms Coffee, a premium line of three coffee roasts. To celebrate its debut, the drive-thru market kicked off a promotion on Father's Day, June 19, through which fathers and all other guests can receive a free 16-ounce cup of coffee and a mini Firehouse donut while supplies last.
Customers can continue to stop by for a free cup of coffee through Friday, June 24.
The new coffee roasts include Swiss Signature Roast, a rainforest alliance certified roast that is a dark roast with notes of dried fruit and spice; Swiss Sunrise Roast, a fair trade and organic certified roast that is a blonde-style, medium coffee with notes of milk chocolate, bright citrus fruit and a floral finish; and Swiss Decaf Signature Roast, which is a decaffeinated medium-to-dark roast that has notes of dark chocolate, smooth flavors of nuts and berries and utilizes the Swiss Water Decaffeination Process.
A 16-ounce cup of coffee sells for $1.49 each, while a 20-ounce cup is $1.65. Swiss Signature Iced Coffee is also available at $1.79 for a 16-ounce cup and $2.09 for a 24-ounce cup.
The program is part of Swiss Farm's initiative to listen to consumer needs and offer products with more wholesome ingredients, the company said.
"Swiss Farms has been the local, convenient destination to grab coffee, breakfast and other on-the-go foods for almost 50 years," said Scott Simon, Swiss Farms president and CEO. "Our goal is to continue to offer quick and easy solutions to maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle."
The Father's Day free coffee promotion also marks the arrival of Firehouse Donuts at Swiss Farms. A six-pack of Cinnamon or Cinnamon Minis goes for $5.99, and Swiss Farms will donate 10 cents from every pack to local volunteer firehouses in Delaware County, Pa. Kevin Carney, owner of Firehouse Donuts, made and served fresh donuts on June 19 at the Swiss Farms located at on 301 MacDade Blvd. in Milmont Park.
Swiss Farms operates 13 drive-thru market locations in Pennsylvania.
