Tesoro Hawaii Offers Stamps to Go

HONOLULU, Hawaii -- Tesoro Hawaii convenience stores will soon offer postage stamps at face value now that Tesoro enrolled 30 of its 2Go convenience stores on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island in the U.S. Postal Service’s "Stamps to Go" program.

The program allows Tesoro to buy stamps at face value and then requires it to sell the postage for the same price as the post office, Pacific Business News reported.

"We continuously seek ways to increase services and convenience for our customers," Alan Nakamura, Tesoro regional merchandising manager in Honolulu, said in a statement. "In this challenging economy, we’re helping our customers get the most out of every visit to our stores by adding postage to the list of convenience items we offer."

The "Stamps to Go" program is managed by American Banknote, a secure documents, services and systems provider and manufacturer, according to the report.
