Thorntons Reopens New Redesigned Store

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Thorntons, the 162-unit convenience store chain based here, will hold a grand re-opening tomorrow for its newly redesigned store on East Lake Street in Bloomingdale, Ill., located approximately 25 miles west of Chicago.

In addition to a clean and friendly environment, the new Thorntons will introduce customers to high quality foods such as fresh sandwiches, salads and fruits, plus enhanced offerings of hot beverages, particularly Thorntons premium-blend coffees and fountain drinks.

The re-opening will be supported with several customer-appreciation promotions during the opening days and weeks, highlighted by free coffee and fountain beverages and weekly door buster giveaways.

In addition to "hot off the grill" convenience food items, hot, cold and frozen beverages made with 100-percent filtered water, and grocery items at economical prices, the Bloomingdale Thorntons will also offer eco-friendly E85 Flex fuel.

Thorntons currently operates 162 stores throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee and Ohio.
