United Family Diversifies Rewards Program

LUBBOCK, Texas — The United Family is expanding its rewards program by launching a new points program that allows customers to earn free fuel or groceries by making everyday purchases at any of the company's 66 United Supermarkets, Market Street, Amigos, Albertsons Market and United Express locations in west Texas, the Dallas-Fort Worth region and New Mexico.

Members of the program can earn one point for every $1 spent in-store.

"Enabling our guests to receive free fuel or groceries by making everyday purchases elevates the value of our rewards program," stated Robin Cash, loyalty marketing manager for The United Family. "In addition, guests can continue saving more by using our mobile app for customized coupons and member discounts on relevant items for each household."

The points program is the latest addition to a complete rewards program that offers members product recommendations, digital coupons and product discounts that are individually tailored to their shopping habits.

"We believe that in addition to staying competitive in pricing for our guests, offering ways to shop smart and save money is one more way The United Family can help take care of families in the communities we serve," Cash said.

To sign up for the free program, consumers can visit www.unitedtexas.com or use the United Market mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices.
