VERC Enterprises Named to Boston Business Journal's "Book of Lists"
DUXBURY, Mass. -- VERC Enterprises, a leading independent convenience store and gasoline operation with 23 locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, was named to Boston Business Journal's "Book of Lists" as one of the region's largest family-owned businesses, the company reported.
Published in a recent edition of the Boston Business Journal, the lists provide a unique source to track the progress of local sectors and the key companies within them.
VERC Enterprises, which ranked 11th on the Book of Lists, traces its beginnings over 30 years ago with a single car wash in Marshfield. Today it employs more than 175 people and is widely recognized for its growth and strong leadership role in the communities it serves, the company reported.
