Wenzel’s Farm Sausage discontinued the use of artificially colored casings for its handcrafted and naturally smoked meat snack sticks. The company is now shipping its small-batch meat snacks in clear casings, eliminating any artificial colors. The great taste, family recipes, quality ingredients and craftsmanship of Wenzel’s Farm products remain the same, according to the company. “The rich colors of our snacks come naturally from our authentic hickory smoking process,” added Mark Vieth, Wenzel’s Farm president.
