White Hen In Bloom

Norwell, Mass. -- White Hen Pantry will be featuring Hardy Flowers at an additional 10 convenience stores in Massachusetts. Three White Hen Pantry stores on Cape Cod in Hyannis, Osterville and West Harwich already sell Hardy Flowers.

Hardy Flowers, based in Norwell, Mass., is a new flower program for c-stores.

"Hardy Flowers are a natural extension of our freshness and loyalty programs," said Chris Brosco, White Hen's director of merchandising and marketing. "The flowers sell themselves. The program is working, and our customers are finding they can count on White Hen Pantry for the best flowers around."

The first additional stores to take advantage of the opportunity are located in Belmont, South Easton, West Concord, West Roxbury and Woburn, Mass.

"We began with Hardy Flowers on November 2 and it was a great month," said Charley Weiss, a White Hen franchise owner in West Harwich. "Everyone is very
pleased with it and we have people returning on a regular basis."

"We are proud to be associated with such a great organization," said Tom Hardy of The Hardy Flower Co. "White Hen Pantry stores are a wonderful venue for Hardy Flowers and we are dedicated to helping the franchisees become successful selling flowers."
