Woodcreek BP Opens Wisconsin’s First Yumz Express

KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Woodcreek BP gas station and convenience store, located at 1515 30th Ave. in Kenosha, will open Wisconsin's first Yumz Express location this month. Yumz Express is the kiosk-sized version of a full-size Yumz Gourmet Frozen Yogurt store.

The c-store, opened in 2010 and located near Gateway Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, will have three self-serve frozen yogurt machines, offering six flavors plus toppings.

“I am very excited to add the Yumz Express to my store,” said Chintan Patel, owner of Woodcreek BP. “Our customers will love Yumz delicious gourmet frozen yogurt, and this is a true asset to our business.”

The Yumz Express kiosk program is designed to fit inside existing stores such as movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations and pharmacies.

“Yumz is thrilled to open a Yumz Express kiosk in Wisconsin,” said John Barnes, co-founder of Yumz Gourmet Frozen Yogurt. “It’s an ideal opportunity for retailers to expand and drive more traffic to their stores. We have made it simple to add a frozen yogurt station to any retail establishment."

Yumz Gourmet Frozen Yogurt, a self-serve franchise, has more than 14 locations nationwide and is known for its rotating selection of more than 55 frozen yogurt flavors — all  fat free, low in calories and full of probiotics — and its array of more than 75 toppings.
