Bob Evans Joins TravelCenters' Restaurant Portfolio
WESTLAKE, Ohio — The TA Restaurant Group, a division of TravelCenters of America LLC, recently held the grand opening of its first Bob Evans restaurant.
The 4,500-square-foot restaurant is inside the TA travel center located at 10679 Lancaster Road, off of I-70's Exit 126, in Hebron, Ohio.
"The addition of Bob Evans provides our drivers and guests with yet another high quality food option along their travel route," said John Ponczoch, senior vice president of the TA Restaurant Group. "We are excited to be able to deliver the same farm-fresh goodness and heartfelt hospitality that Bob Evans has been serving their guests for the past 50 years."
Seating for 116 customers is available at the restaurant, which features a farmhouse design with exposed wood trusses and polished concrete floors, and walls decorated with Bob Evans Farm photos that build on the farm theme.
Along with farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients, customers can enjoy bakery favorites such as cookies, breads and Cinnamon Blossoms that are made fresh throughout the day. Single bakery items are also available in an enclosed bakery case, and those who want a quick snack can take advantage of prepacked grab-and-go items.
The new Bob Evans is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
