Combining a sleek, compact design with new lamp technology, Amerlux Lighting Solutions unveiled the Imperia Vertical track luminaire for accent and display lighting applications in convenience stores. The low-wattage fixture has a prolonged lamp life of 9,000 hours -- up to three times that of a halogen fixture -- resulting in lower operating and maintenance costs for retailers, the company said. The Imperia Vertical features a die-cast aluminum lamp housing with no exposed hardware, providing a clean, architecturally styled metal halide track luminaire that reduces ceiling clutter. Custom colors are available, and mounting options include track, canopy and busway.
