Clean Label Sous Vide Diced Proteins
JTM Food Group expands its line of “clean label” products with the introduction of Sous Vide Diced Proteins, available in beef, pork or turkey. The single-ingredient products are allergen-free, gluten-free, naturally lower in fat, and have no added sodium or additives, according to the company. The fully cooked, diced proteins are prepared using the sous vide method of cooking, which results in more tender and flavorful products. The offerings come packed frozen in 30-pound master cases, each containing six boilable/steamable bags.
