Corona 24-Ounce Single-Serve Cans

Consumer demand for single-serve options was the reason behind Corona's new 24-ounce can packaging for both the Corona Extra and Corona Light beer brands. The cans are aimed at taking a slice of the $3.2 billion single-serve segment of the beer business, the importer, Crown Imports LLC, stated. The Corona Extra 24-ounce can will arrive at retail in 26 initial markets in October, with the Corona Light Can to follow. The initial markets include Arizona, California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee Texas, Virginia and Washington.
