Elkhorn Real Estate Partners aims to help grocers, other retailers, and investors maximize the value of their real estate portfolios. According to the company, it will work to drive asset and portfolio value for retailers and investors in alignment with their broader business strategies. The approach may include repositioning assets and portfolios; recapitalizing assets; reinvesting in retail operating and real estate assets; and restructuring real estate assets. Elkhorn Real Estate Partners is a joint venture between A&G Realty Partners and 25-year grocery business veteran Joe McKeska.
