EZ Energy’s Easytrip Stores Launch Own Sandwich Line

SEVEN HILLS, Ohio -- Easytrip Stores, a regional chain of gasoline station/convenience stores in the Cleveland, Mansfield and Pittsburgh areas, is launching its own sandwich line. Called Easytrip Eats, the offering is part of the chain's value proposition of "Terrific People, Great Assortment and Value Offers."

Owned and operated by EZ Energy USA Inc., there are 67 Easytrip Stores locations, which offer BP or Marathon branded gasoline, according to the chain’s website. Positioned as a value offer for customers, the new Easytrip Eats line includes a variety of wedge sandwiches, hamburgers and subs at price points under $2 each. Breakfast sandwiches are priced at 99 cents each.

"In this economy it is crucial to have value in your offer, especially with so many other choices available to the customer," Frank E. White, the chain’s director of marketing, said in a released statement.

Easytrip Eats, which debuted earlier this month, kicked off with a coffee and biscuit promotion for just $1.49.
