Pump & Pantry Taking Part in #ShopLocal Movement
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Bosselman Enterprises and Pump & Pantry Inc. are supporting the "Shop Small" initiative with a new campaign to "Keep it Local" and support the #ShopLocal movement.
Pump & Pantry convenience stores now feature campaign signage that states "Nebraska Born. Nebraska Grown. Nebraska Owned. We understand you have choices; thanks for keeping it local!" at all 46 locations within Nebraska.
"Pump & Pantry is so appreciative of our local customers through the years. We wouldn't be where we are today without our small Nebraska communities supporting us," stated Bosselman Enterprises President Charlie Bosselman. "That's why our company, in turn, truly makes an effort to support our communities and their events and activities. Keeping it local is a great circle, as we provide products in our small communities and appreciate their business, and in turn, we can support them and keep them thriving."
Pump & Pantry is also providing local support by sponsoring the Nebraska State Fair and the Nebraska State Fair Marathon, as well as supporting the Nebraska School Activities Association, Husker Athletics and numerous community events in each of the towns Pump & Pantry serves through Bosselman Gives Back.
The convenience store chain also makes a point of sourcing local businesses to provide products and supplies in each of its stores, the company said.
The "Keep it Local" campaign continues with Pump & Pantry Perks, a loyalty program that rewards customers with sweepstakes and contests throughout the year, with prizes provided by local Nebraska businesses.
Grand Island-based Pump & Pantry has 46 c-stores throughout Nebraska.
