NCA's All Candy Expo Named One of the Largest Trade Shows

LOS ANGELES -- The National Confectioners Association's 2004 All Candy Expo was recently ranked as one of the 200 largest trade shows in the country by Tradeshow Week magazine.

The Tradeshow Week 200 recognizes the country’s biggest expositions across all industries for an annual publication. With 480 exhibitors and 138,000 square feet of exhibit space, the All Candy Expo received a solid ranking.

"This is the first time the All Candy Expo has appeared on the Top 200," said NCA's director of EXPO and membership, Theresa Delaney. "The shows that are chosen for the listing are considered to be the 'cream of the crop' in terms of success and pertinence to their industries. Our inclusion on this list is a big compliment -- not just to the Association, but also to the hundreds of exhibitors who help make our show large and appealing to the buying community and to the thousands of retail buyers that attend our show and make it successful."

The All Candy Expo is the largest confectionery trade show in North America representing a substantial portion of the $100 billion worldwide confectionery market. This year’s Expo will be held June 14 – 16 in Chicago. Nearly 20,000 attendees are expected to attend to see the latest and greatest in candy offerings.
