Rich’s Café Whip Topping

Café Whip is the foodservice industry’s first dairy-alternative whipped topping made with coconut milk, according to maker Rich Products Corp. The topping has a light and creamy texture, and is made from dairy and vanilla flavors with a hint of coconut. Café Whip contains sugar, but no high-fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. It contains less fat than sweetened and flavored heavy whipping cream, the company noted. Produced in a frozen liquid form, Café Whip is packaged in a 30.8-ounce carton, which can be thawed and used in a gas-charged canister.
