Broaster Co. released an updated version of its SmartTouch touchscreen, the display screen for all Broaster Pressure Fryers. SmartTouch 2.0 allows convenience store operators to more easily cook grab-and-go products with quicker turn times and lower labor costs, according to the company. SmartTouch 2.0 features a large, full-color touchscreen that showcases the complete library of preset Broaster foods, cook times and product photos.
