Turkey Hill Customer Cruises to Victory in Car Giveaway

LANCASTER, Pa. — One fortunate Turkey Hill Minit Markets customer has won the golden ticket: a new 2016 Mustang.

Deborah Schwenk was the grand prize winner in the Turkey Hill Pennsylvania Lottery Mustang giveaway at the 25th annual Turkey Hill/I-105 Fallfest, which took place Oct. 2, at Overlook Park in Lancaster.

Schwenk, a resident of Cressona, was selected on the Fallfest stage at random in a drawing of entries on non-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Mustang tickets submitted at Turkey Hill Stores prior to the event.

She was one of 11 finalists in the running for the grand prize. Ten finalists were selected and notified of their status in advance of the festival, while one finalist was selected during the event.  

"Winning a prize is exciting for anyone," said Kim Hertzog, public relations manager, Turkey Hill Minit Markets. "But when we saw Deborah's reaction, it was so clear that winning the Mustang was the fulfillment of a big dream. We couldn't be any more thrilled for her, and we wish her many years and miles of enjoyment with her new dream car."

Lancaster-based Turkey Hill Minit Markets has more than 260 stores in Pennsylvania, Indiana and the Columbus, Ohio, area.
