Vollrath Wear-Ever NSF Sheet Pans
The pans feature a tapered design that makes them easy to stack.
The Vollrath Co. introduces newly designed full- and half-size Wear-Ever NSF Sheet Pans that provide strength without unnecessary weight. The pans feature an aluminum-reinforced bead construction that is fully encapsulated into the formed pan, providing a NSF certified seal, according to the company. They are also fully recyclable. Full-size pans are available in 16- and 18-gauge, while half-size pans are available in 18-gauge. The new Wear-Ever NSF Sheet Pans feature a tapered design that makes them easy to stack, and concave bottoms that flatten during heating for even temperature distribution. The pans fit with the full line of sheet pan accessories, including baking mats, wire grates and sheet pan covers.
