Angry Orchard Hop’n Mad Apple & Summer Honey

Angry Orchard will introduce two new varieties in March. The new spring/summer seasonal Angry Orchard Summer Honey will be available through August, while the new dry-hopped Angry Orchard Hop’n Mad Apple will be available year-round. Both brews are made with American culinary apples, including Gala, Fuji, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith. Summer Honey has a bright apple sweetness and pairs well with summer foods like fresh salads, seafood, macaroni and cheese, baked brie with honey, barbecue pulled pork and beef brisket, according to the maker. Hop’n Mad Apple features a juicy apple flavor and subtle hoppiness and pairs well with dishes like barbecue brisket and ribs, creamy shellfish bisques, and hard cheeses like Manchego and aged Gouda. Both brews are gluten-free and contain a 5-percent ABV. They will be available in six-packs for $7.99 to $9.99. Additionally, Summer Honey will be available in variety 12-packs with other Angry Orchard styles for $14.99 to $17.99, 16-ounce cans for $1.79 to $1.99, and four-packs for $6.99 to $7.99.
