InComm’s Raindrop is an enhanced version of its file-based ordering solution that enables retailers to easily place orders for physical and digital prepaid products available through InComm Digital Solutions (IDS). The IDS portfolio includes physical and virtual open-loop prepaid products. The streamlined Raindrop solution allows retailers to place an order by simply uploading a standard file through a web interface that is processed by IDS, which manages all aspects of delivery. Through an online administrative portal, retailers can track orders and sales, as well as manage customer inquiries from individual recipients.
