PowerBar Clean Whey Protein Bars & Drinks

PowerBar’s newest line, Clean Whey Protein Bars and Clean Whey Protein Drinks, responds to consumers’ request for cleaner ingredient labels, according to the company. PowerBar Clean Whey Protein Bars are made with 20 grams of whey protein and have just two grams of sugar; they are designed to help sustain energy and satiety. The bars do not contain artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors, and use stevia as a no-calorie sweetener. Varieties include Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies and Cream, and White Fudge Raspberry. PowerBar Clean Whey Protein Drinks are made with 15 grams of whey protein, contain no sugar and have only 70 calories. They will be available in Berry Pomegranate and Fruit Punch varieties come October. These Clean Whey products are being introduced in the midst of a complete relaunch of the PowerBar brand.
