Stoelting C111-37 Soft-Serve Countertop Freezer

Stoelting Foodservice, a division of The Vollrath Co. LLC and manufacturer of frozen dessert equipment, introduces the C111-37 soft-serve countertop freezer. Operable with both commercial dry and liquid mixes, the C111-37 can make a variety of frozen treats, including ice cream, frozen yogurt and frozen dietary desserts. This compact machine is easy to use and maintain with its intuitive touchscreen display. It has a 1.6-gallon capacity and can be easily disassembled for cleaning. A built-in cup/cone sensor prepares the machine for serving, shortening the delay of dispensing. The machine’s point-of-sale locations are backlit and can be customized, while lid locks prevent unintentional use and ensure food safety. A brushless motor also minimizes downtime. The C111-37 is NSF certified and UL listed.
