Triscuit Non-GMO Project Verified
Full product line to bear the seal by end of September.
Triscuit announced that its entire portfolio of crackers is now non-GMO Project Verified. The first Triscuit boxes featuring the seal began appearing on shelves in July. By the end of September, the full product line is expected to bear the seal. With more than half of Americans looking for non-GMO food and beverages, and more than a quarter choosing foods because they have non-GMO labels, the decision to offer non-GMO Project Verified snack options was based heavily on consumer preference, according to the brand.
